With the restructuring of a corporate banking division of a high street bank, a regional director wanted to launch his plans of 'doing things differently' by doing something different. At his first regional meeting of the year, we took the team of twenty for a Breath of Fresh Air™ round St. James Park.
The objectives were:
- Internal networking and getting to know each other
- Reflecting on the successes and learning from the previous year
- Taking the successes and learning into the new year for even more success
- Demonstrating the theme and ‘doing things differently’
By the time we returned to the office, everyone had had the opportunity to meet each other and there was an amazing level of energy, motivation and determination in the room.
