Rachael is an international coach specialising in leadership.
With a background in HR in the oil industry, Rachael founded a diversity practice in 1989 which is now regarded as one of the leading diversity consultancies in Europe.
Rachael loves working with leaders who want to make a quantum leap in their leadership capability – both 1:1 and in small groups. She enjoys designing and delivering leadership development programmes particularly in the area of “Inclusive Leadership”.
She has worked with clients in the private and public sectors including: Exxon Mobil, Unilever, the Equal Opportunities Commission, BOC, The Crown Estate, Pearson Plc, Southampton University, Cambridge University, MOD, Scott Wilson, Taylor Wessing, RWE npower, Nationwide Building Society and HM Revenue and Customs.
She is a member of the Association for Coaching, the International Coach Federation,and is a Fellow of RSA.
Rachael lives in Wiltshire, UK, with her husband and two teenage children.
